1. Scope and quote requests

The website provides information about services and allows you to submit a request for a quote. The information you submit (e.g., event details and contact data) is used to prepare a possible commercial offer.

Any quote or booking confirmation becomes effective only after the parties agree on the specific terms in the commercial offer/contract (as applicable).

We do not guarantee that the prices, service conditions, or availability shown on the website will remain unchanged. Quotes are prepared based on your request and operational factors. We may refuse to process a request or adjust proposed terms.

7. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for indirect damages (lost profit, business interruption, or loss of data) arising from your use of the website.
